This is why we work exclusively with Berkmann Wine Cellars who have assisted us in curating the Forges wine listing – a list that is both interesting and delicious, with a priority on quality and yet, priced fairly.
Berkmann is a family run business with nearly 60 years’ experience of working with bars and restaurants across the UK delivering excellence to their partners as well as wines that are wholly selected from independent winemakers.
We have chosen rose wines that of course herald from Provence but also the United States, Spain and Italy. Whilst the red wines also include bold flavours from vineyards in Argentina, Italy and Australia.
And we are super proud to share that not one but two of our sparkling wines are English, as well as a very quaffable Prosecco.
Our team have been lucky enough to visit several of the vineyards that supply our wines in the past year, in both Tuscany and St. Tropez, learning more about the traditions, processes and flavours, so that they can share that with you their passion and experiences when you are with us.
